About the Role
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or relevant field
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair company products and equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Provide technical training and support to clients
Maintain accurate service logs and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient service delivery

Willingness to travel frequently for onsite support
